Payment Options

Exhibitor Payment Specials
Early Bird Discount
The ‘Early Bird Discount’ applies to any Exhibitor who has their booking processed by 9th December 2011. The ‘Early Bird Discount’ is 10% of the total booth price.
Membership Discount
The ‘Membership Discount’ applied to any Exhibitor who is a Member of StudyGoldCoast, this is a discount of 5% of the total booth price.
Exhibitor Payment Options
Pay Now
‘Pay Now’, means you can pay your total invoice in full in one lump payment. Once your Exhibitor Commitment Form has been received an invoice will be raised and issued to you immediately for payment.
Payment Instalments
StudyGoldCoast understand that many organisations work within various budget restrictions; StudyGoldCoast can break the invoice into two parts (1) $500.00 Deposit per booth which will be due
immediately to secure your booth (2) the Balance which will be due 29th February 2012. It is important to note, that for every day after 29th February 2012 that the balance is NOT paid a 2% penalty will apply on the total balance owing.
